first time buying here. I took 6 cc, half of them in normal balance, half of the ref, I think if they say that the base is 90% valid, then let them return the money!

It is always better to be sure about particular bins u buy .. Note that Platinum and Gold bases are better but expensive , buying cheaper cc on store from regular bases is risk of loosing your money .
