This is a terrible situation where the admin prioritizes the reputation of the seller over the loyalty of the customers. It is important to acknowledge that it is the customers who keep the business running, not the sellers. Despite notifying the admin about a seller selling the product on another site, they still allow them to continue selling. As a result, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Additionally, the admin's response to tickets takes an extremely long time, which further highlights their incompetence.
