Turns out a problem with top-ups wasn't on our side. The API that processes payments does not receive transaction responses. I think tomorrow they will fix it. If not, we will integrate the new API into the shop.
Don't worry.
Transactions that are not credited - we will credit manually, we have information of each transaction in the logs.
If you can't wait until tomorrow, please send me your username and transaction hash PM.
