Mate for pre-uth just this info not enough , fisrt tmathod is you need to call d bank before swipe pretending that u wll be travelling soon OR most succsessfull second mathod is you need to call direct account of your card as ur purchase not sucsessfull while using card outside your region and mention them store and location of ur purchase wid amount. In process they may ask more extra things for verification like car color , last payment , last bill it depend no executive whoes attending you and hope his mood not pissed off coz of his gf or bf .... you need to charm them by ur comunication skill or may be sought on them for ur inconvinance !! even also you need to conivence them tht u r real owner or card.. many many things bro....... good luck
