Required - Drop with MSR.

I'm currently looking for drop in EU who has access to MSR (Card Reader)
There is nothing "carded" or illegal will be sent.
I'll be ordering multiple debit cards for cashing out bitcoin to the mailing address. I prefer to do it anonymously and I currently do not have drop around.
I need need someone to receive debit card make a dump with card reader, and provide me with the dump.
I can send card under any name. I'll do it from 2 different debit card providers for bitcoin, so at least 2 cards.
Payment will be discuss and will be good so all sides are happy and worthwhile.
also, will make it via ESCORW only, unless trusted person of course.
