Maybe in the future, they will trying to add dead 05 CODE to NO REFUND too, just to earn every penny from customers

51 code needs to be refunded as sellers are listing these cards purposefully knowing theyll get paid for unusable garbage
4check provokes 59 codes bc its a dirty checker and issuers knows its a fraudulent check attempt
luxchecker cleanly checks cards so it doesnt get suspected fraud but 05 (do not honor) which is a true check result
