I don't know y there's so much hate & negativity towards this shop.
Ofcorse they r not perfect. Ofcorse there r a number of shit sellers like Perman & Skyline etc. on VClub, but atleast they r offering something if not nothing like other ripper shops
& No, their support is right there. U can see my ticket creation & response time in this screenshot:

Sadly i cant say the same, bought 4 cards consecutively and they are all dead. Last one he is refussing to refund, I assure you it's a dead cv.

Stupid support!
Request 2 dead cards, and they refunded only 1 card. Creat new ticket for dead one and they said no refund because after 5 minutes. So stupid support now!
I did not use Vclub for months, but now all of stores are trashes, Yale scam, Brian trash and high price... I can't find any good store right now, so I'm trying again with Vclub, but they are not fix their support from few months ago, so stupid!

This scam shop has been DELETING my tickets about same cards repeatedly from over 2 months now!!!
