again closing 3 tickets back to back on a SINGLE CC saying:
No refund for cards marked as VALID/APPROVED by our checker
No refund for cards, that were sent later then 5 minutes after opening
No refund for cards, that were deleted from user history
No refund for golden bases or bases marked as NO REFUND
but the cc is PENDING CHECK and none of those items apply... not deleted, not gold base or a base marked non ref, not deleted from history, was sent 5 mins
if cc is valid then why not charge us check fee?
