I agree that base FRANKLIN is full of dead cards, valid rate must be 0% at all Same goes for PERMAN, 10% VR maybe. Topup 3 days but didn't receive money. First time encountered this case in 2 years of use Vclub.
Created 3 tickets support only said: Bitcoin payment are AUTOMATIC and INSTANT after your transaction(s) get 2 confirmations.
And close ticket.

I will suggest you to tell or advice VCLUB to put checker on their store. why do they want us to send ticket every time when we buy cc but invalid.
with a checker it will eliminate all this problem of sending tickets.
