i have been though the same, vclub is ripping off there users lately
i have already complaind about the same they dont care about us anymore. i explained everything in DM with vclub here its been 2 weeks no response, then i got only one opton to expose them here which i already did.
CARETEL BASE having many dead cards but they will never chck cards of this base in tickets they will always say card is live without even checking it.
