I needed to post this as i gave them multiple chances on tickets support is not at all helping me, so i cam here in this forum, and i also messaged explaining
vclub, in DM but he never responded me in anyway, i am with them for years i never expected thsi from them, there ticket support was very top notch, until i noticed they doign scams, first i thought its a bgu then there other support member himself told me in my tickets that "Jul#USA_(CARTEL)_[Sniffed/Firsthand]" base is VERY HIGH VALIDRATE RATE BASE so we dont check them in tickets nor update it in HISTORY
I was very SHOCKED that they are doing this that too for non gold normal base.
after figting for hours and hours , some other random support member checked my card by mistake and in history of it it comes dead still the support said CARD IS LIVE.
i have taken all proofs and also sent in DM to vclub here but no one responded no one helped its been week now
here is the proof that cards are checked and came dead still support said its LIVE and no refund processed with dead card
i again request you vClub to please handle your support members in well or atleast help me in this matter, i never wanted to leave this as negative feedback i always love you.
