I hope your system is automated and don't ask clients for proofs of payment , it is frustrating dealing with stores that doesn't know when a client send bitcoins and block accounts for that reason .

I have had two accounts on VCLUB. The first one 4 months ago with money overnight stopped working ,says put the wrong password or use it (but It was remembered al laptop, I contacted support and at first they answered that they were checking it, but 4 months have passed and nothing happends. I created another second account which they told me from Support that I would not pay the 90 fee but I ended up paying it and 2 days ago it did not work again. I have not broken any rules and Support does not answer any of my messages.. ..This store leaves a lot to be desired and has stolen my money.....
