both vclub in the forum and the jabber support are not helping to resolve this issue. why was our account banned in the first place and I had balance in the account.
I sent vclub a msg to open a temporary account access if you can't fix this issue on time no reply from him.
It's started to look like a scam because how hard it can be you can't fix this issue for 5 days.

It is obvious they are doing a selective scam, they are closing accounts with balances on there. Have contacted support numerous times no luck at all. Been over 48 hours

Забанили аккаунт просто так без причины,аккаунту которому несколько лет и где было депозитов на десятки к баксов с минимальным процентом рефандов,7 дней в бане уже,сапорт сначала не отвечал вообще а потом стал "завтраками кормить" ,"кодера искать" и прочую дичь. Админ обещает то "Разбанить"то "Расмотреть" уже 7 дней и даже не говорят когда примерно будет разбан."Отличное" отношение клиентам судя по тому что не только мой акк ушел в бан
