Alway they said me that I can refund golden bases because I'm trusted member.
But today, I tried to get a card in "July#UK/EU_(QUEENSTAFF)_[Sniffed/IP/Localbase] (Daily Updates)" It hasn't title "NO REFUND", but my card is dead and they said this base is not refund.
If you don't refund, just put the title "NO REFUND", so I will not get it.

Everyone know how this shop work, we do not provide refund for bases we sniff, we own the sniffers not any seller provide us such bases. Submit a ticket again and send us pm here. Base name fixed.
