I agree with you bro, I would also love to see an actual fully authorized charge (It could be even a 0.01 USD charge) instead of a pre-auth charge because some cards are flagged/blocked but the bank allows a pre-auth charge but never fully authorizes the charge because the card has been flagged/blocked.
On the bin preorder I actually have to disagree, because you don't get to choose what base to get from...
I think racing to the bin is better than bin pre-order...

nowadays there are many sensitive bins that try2check, luxchecker, 4check... kill the cards. even pre-auth 0$ charge kill it.
