too risky for the buyer(BTC), there's a reason why PayPal don't affiliate with bitcoin , too many security concerns involved.
In my points of view if i'm the PayPal owner, I could easily file a depute and indicate that my account is been hacked, paypal dont have problem taking back the money that i send and refund me with the the full amount that i pay.
