He might be using the price penetration techniques as used by any great marketer to enter a reputable market like this forum. And those who got their own harvested fullz with good credit scores and got good OPSEC set up can gt most banks open whole day.But I think once he gets some great feedbacks from some buyers here he can later increase price to make his profit in the long term.
