Selling USA NON VBV/MCSC bins for Cheap

Bins are gotten at moment of purchase.
I don't get bins along the days. I prefer giving fresh bins to my buyers.

While 99% of US Mastercards and 97% of US visa cards are NON VBV/MCSC,
I wonder the purpose of this listing. I mean it's not even up to 5 major banks in US that use 3D secure, and it's usually on their visa cards. The rest of the over 6,000 banks and credit unions are all open as sluts pussy
But you guys here will wanna sell whatever that comes to mind, hope yall don't sell your kidneys
