Yes, actually. But there are some "rich" cities across USA and some regions / towns are really depressed. It's easy to find a Full with good credit score from lets say North Carolina, but when you try to find some good Fullz from the hoodz where niggaz live - chances are close to 0.
One option is you can buy a fulls from any seller / shop and I will check Credit Score of them.
Other option is I will do the same. But I don't have any fullz. I just buy them and search for descent Credit Score.
Third option - is to search Fulls in shop that shows all private data before buying SSN. It allows to see Background Score that shows what holder actually worth.
