Hi,i have maybe stupid question. How cashout dump+pin in europe?I think used msr and write mag stripe is not enough.I read about EMV but this same not work?

emv will not work.

you either find 101 or 121 or 120 service code
or find old atm's with no emv enable
or 3 dip fallback

with POS transaction it can be done with 1 dip fallback.
for ATM, cemafay is right look for non-EMV machines, there are quite a few out there. Or else get a 101,121 service code.

I tried 121 in FL they were fire but i cant reach my plug anymore. I need honest plug or shop with valid bases

i have 201 service code and i dont have any track 1 or pin in my dump can i withdraw from the atm ?
