you either find 101 or 121 or 120 service code
or find old atm's with no emv enable
or 3 dip fallback

with POS transaction it can be done with 1 dip fallback.
for ATM, cemafay is right look for non-EMV machines, there are quite a few out there. Or else get a 101,121 service code.
