регнул PENFED CU
дали онлайн, попробовал добавить external account - пишут нельзя
прозвонил в банк : необходимо выслать сканы DL/SSN/ UTILITY BILL
Если все ОК то в течении 6 месяцев будет лимит в 50 баксов в день
По истечению 6 мес поднимут до 5000
