самый доступный это акки из шопов ( login/pass , acc#/ rout#)
Насколько понимаю с этим унылым Г можно только побаловаться с палкой. Работу с Paypal не рассматриваю вообще никак.
2)
Акки с секретками/доступом к мылу : от 100$ или %
ДРОПЫ : никто не даст дропов на обучение/эксперименты
Остается смотреть в сторону работы без дропов, исходя из моего кругозора - это

Ни разу не делал стаф с банк акка
Менять адрес в банке - не думаю , что просто
Заказывать на отличный от биллинга адрес - тоже сомнительно

В моем понимании- это те же банк аккаунты б с роутингами, продаются и налятся за %, но в отличии от дропов я не попаду на N-нную сумму за свои кривые руки и лок акка дропа.
БИРЖИ:
Много тем на форумах про биржи, понимаю, что там лимиты и верификация, допустим даже купив норм банк акк с секретками и доступом к мылу , и нарисовава доки под данные этого банка- не подойдет качество этих сканов/доков.
Что если сделать саморег на реальные документы ( пасс/ДЛ) , перекинуть на этот саморег денег и уже пробовать биржу?

Пробовал регать с фулки + БГ и левые ДЛ , просто глянуть что к чему.
Если даже даст зарегаться я понимаю, что приедут доки к холдеру и на этом закончится все: регать на левый адрес ?

Stiga, а , мб кто знает - банк видит когда регаешь акк что ты регаешь не на холдера номер а на левак, мб поэтому кенцелы? там же в отчетах номера на холдеров тоже показаны

делал в тестовом режиме и смотрел ответы на почту
много банков звониил и лставили войсмаил
думаю можно зарегать грамотно при наличии прозвона
повторяю ДЛ был левый
уверен при правильном пробитом ДЛ будет веселей

1.Если ты считаешь этот материал унылым говном, мне тебя жаль 2. Для начала стоит попробовать сделать самореги например Marcus банка, и вообще советую не зацикливаться на банках большой 100ки, их в сша не мало
Банки можно регистрировать на ГВ. кс брать от 720+, ссн чекайте на валид, "там где нужно ролить банк картой" - проходим момо, там где нужно внести депозит, проходим мимо если нет материала, есть хорошие сайты анализаторы, которые покажут тебе, есть ли предоплата для открытия счета.

Raul Duck, ссн 100 проц должен быть валидным если бг и тд свеже-пробитые . разве нет?

Подскажи еще с адресом: регать на холдера адрес или же все таки на соседа/под ZIP и тд ? Хочется исключить вероятность закрытия счета из за приходящей корреспонденции
