False negative Rep abuse by DZ.

I want to call the attention of this forum to a situation where a user named DZ. just gave me a -1 Rep for nothing!
On his post: https://club2crd.cc/showthread.php?p=252413#post252413
I replied with a simple question to understand what he was trying to say, he just put me -1 Rep in reply.
IS THIS BEHAVIOUR ALRIGHT?
I think the Admin of this site need to work on this to avoid incorrect and Abuse of use of this Forum.
Admin! Do something about this bug!!!!

First of all you gave him a - rep first, second of all anyone has a right to give - or + rep. Third of all - rep doesnt get removed only the comments could be removed. Thank you !

abuse of rep make this forum look like alboraaq ./.. admin should review the policy of rep here cuz too many complain . for me rep has to be like a credit that you can't use more than 3 per week for exple look at my rep status , only clone who are removing rep to my status and all of them got banned now .
secondly clone system have to work daily here cuz too much clone over here . I think this forum need more moderator

but dont worry is just a proof you was telling right
i think every one can become a good member here, just sharing knowledge or with some service
let them put bad rep
is just a proof in fact
all account get banned so people can see it easy, i get a -6 from funny people talking about love
like we are on badoo shit or similare
let them do it, they just make see real face....

Honestly i should ban youre ass right now for clone creating, but im not at my work computer, i will do so as soon as im home
