I want to call the attention of this forum to a situation where a user named DZ. just gave me a -1 Rep for nothing!

I replied with a simple question to understand what he was trying to say, he just put me -1 Rep in reply.
IS THIS BEHAVIOUR ALRIGHT?
I think the Admin of this site need to work on this to avoid incorrect and Abuse of use of this Forum.

First of all you gave him a - rep first, second of all anyone has a right to give - or + rep. Third of all - rep doesnt get removed only the comments could be removed. Thank you !

abuse of rep make this forum look like alboraaq ./.. admin should review the policy of rep here cuz too many complain . for me rep has to be like a credit that you can't use more than 3 per week for exple look at my rep status , only clone who are removing rep to my status and all of them got banned now .
secondly clone system have to work daily here cuz too much clone over here . I think this forum need more moderator

let them put bad rep
is just a proof in fact
all account get banned so people can see it easy, i get a -6 from funny people talking about love
like we are on badoo shit or similare
