I think you are not following up what i said.
a lot of messup happening with me now a days, ticket support giving copy pasted response, without even explaining or eloborating, this is very bad, i deposit $250 every days, literally every 2 days and this is what i get.
my refund ratio is only 72%

no one is explaining me directly, I am keep on asking what should be the refund issue, nor i see anything in the rules, nor support is telling me what it should be , nor any suppor told me before when i was getting refund for dead cards.
