Bruh, 59 suspected fraud, means card is already flagged and transaction will not push through at all. It is not a valid card it's same as closed account. It means you need to sniff other shops, cause your sniffer is not hidden anymore.

it is code means that carder buy card check or bad knock cc and get 59 code

This shop and YALE sharing same API, but their API isn't working correctly and because of that cards that you buying here, can be bought at the same time at YALE store.
So people be aware, what you buy here, can be used by someone who purchased same cards like yours at YALE store.

Man, its trashtalking. No any proofs of your words. Of course for shops is more profitable to not refund this code and imagine some fairytales. Nobody check cards before they place the order, and if the order gets canceled or rejected, you need to check the card to understand the reason of canceling. Personally, I'm using only real devices and custom socks, so this situation shows me that problem is only in cc databases. Do not blame customers that they are doing wrong something, cause this can be on the side of your providers! 59 code is a visa card flag, which means that all transactions blocked on the level of visa payment system. You can do anything with this cards, they will not work. Good bye
