Transactions that are not credited - we will credit manually, we have information of each transaction in the logs.
If you can't wait until tomorrow, please send me your username and transaction hash PM.

ok but please try to quickly resolve it as our job is stuck and my 2 transections are not topped up though tickets has already been sent at store with transection hash and login
