this is nice but i have some problems with that system
I am newcomer and i want to buy something. Seller only sends invitation via pm and seller unable to send message to me. So maybe newcomers can receive pm but blocked sending rule is better.

For shoutbox: you blocked shoutbox only in html. When i remove disabled tag from textbox i can send messages to shoutbox

to retire all + and - reputation from users with multiple accounts. because there are many who have multiple accounts and share + and - reputations with or without reason !!! after that are detected and banned from the forum!!! and in my case remaining whit allot of - whit out any reason!!!! that s not fair.i m old member in this forum and never have a blacklist against me.and my reputation scare other people...
