If checker shows valid that's mean charge allowed by the bank and you can pay using the card

I bought a lot of cards with no money or with very little money. But the seller doesn't know and isn't the owner of the card you bought, so it's absurd to compensate for a card with no money. I am a buyer but sometimes I also have to bear the cards I don't have money on

If the checker shows 51 code insufficient funds we refund it. You should create a ticket in the shop.
No one can guarantee you money on the card. Many Enroll (log in) makers use our shop and they got enrolls with high balance. I think you should know wich bins to use
