You are not the only one brother several others have complained. He has good material, but his trust score is flawed. Be careful when speaking out, I did the same only to have my posts deleted and accused of trying to cheat the store when I have around the same trust score as you and only return one order.

Created a section "sellers" where you can see real-time information about sellers, specifically: count of sold cards, referred ones, and remaining stock for sale.

My Cards:
- Card selection and deletion
- Filter by date: 3, 7, 30 days + ability to select from and to dates on a calendar

Hi bro,
trust_score = ((total_spent - total_refunds) / total_spent) * 100
so
total_spent - total amount of purchases;
total_refunds - amount of refunded cards;
trust_score - total trust score in percent.
So refunds can drop score by 20-30% only if your amount of purchased cards is 2-4
