another thing to look is that NFC catched data have a timed life, if the owner of the card make a transaction between you catch it and spend...
your NFC "sniff" would be shit because 1 transaction would not be in your data
But with the new comin this summer of NFC atm withdrawl with NFC+pin 100euros limit
I think it would be soon back to the scene
