Please read carefully rules of auto-payment system.
It says:
Send money during 1 hour. Any received money after 1 hour will be recalculated by current BTC/USD rate at the incoming time
Your payment was received and confirmed after 3h so it was recalculated and became 99 credits.
Also please read carefully rules of activation.
It says:
• Please note that your account will be activated automatically ONLY IF your single order will be for a required amount of credits and your single transaction will be for a required amount of chosen coin.
• Any splitted orders or transactions will not activate your account automatically.
It means you should topup 100 credits in single payment to activate your account. This time you toped up just 99 credits. Don't worry, once activated all your balance will be available to use.
