thanks for the info bro. im in the us and the only language i speak is english. i hope i have some luck and find a foreign bank with autmoated customer service in english. us bins i have no problem cashing out at the atm or on pos. for foreign bins this would be helpful

d+p cashout at the atm and on pos with pin is better
most 101 type bins are working at the atm and on pos with the pin
some 201 type, especially usa are working at the atm and on pos with the pin
i can cashout both ways here in the usa
