80% of cards get 59 code if bank see any suspicios amount or merchant. A lot of people dont know how to bypass payments. Try to use antidetect's software custom made to bypass payments and dont cry. Ex: Vectror T13 Atidetect i use from years and work for 80% of chase.

problem is Vclub, they don't want refund for 59,57,51 code

You got true. Most of the merchants in checkers are already banned and blacklist by major banks.
