I am gonna get straight to the point. I have not ripped him!!
1. For you to say I ripped you, it means I must have taken your money and not paid you an agreed percentage. I have not taken this guy's money. It is very important that I start my defense from there.
2. As a former forum admin myself, I have moderated many cases of rip-off and I understand alot of cases can be empty. Therefore, it is important that each party present proof of their case, not just an issue of who is the loudest. I implore the admin to advise the plaintiff to present proof of these accusations.
3. I promised the plaintiff that I will pay him $136, not because I took money from him, but I promised I will pay him $136 as a show of good will because I desired to work with him on a long term basis. And this is how he has decided to repay my good will.
4. He said I owe him $500, I never took his card, I never charged his card. He has online access to the card and could see I didn't charge it. Please as him to present proof that I infact took money off his card.
It is a pity that myself and this guy have worked together for several weeks and I have paid him every single penny due to him. I guess not everyone is a responsible partner.
I will rest my case for now and let the moderator input on the matter.

This is the image of when I promised him that $136. It is not money from a deal made and I refuse to pay his cut. It was a show of good will. I cannot believe this guy would repay me like this.

This is the screen of me sending him $96 out of the $136 and promising to send him the other $40 soon as I have other deals completed with other partners.
I also believe it is important for me to add that the screen of our conversation that he posted has been EDITTED. He is not posting the true conversation that we had. I have the actual screenshot, not just text. If the moderator want, I will send the entire screen to him privately.

i did not understand the question. i sent him vcc in icq via privnote , will send you screenshots in pm
since his cashout method is too slow we agreed to work from a card balance but not for amount charged and i guaranteed a card balance for 1 hour. during this period he successfully charged 4 minideps and there was no declined transactions. so when he says he never took and never charged a card it is not a true .i sent him card info twice , first on 10/03 and repeatedly on 13/03
i do not need to present a proof that he took money off a card , just enough a proof of a card balance . when he says he could not charge a card it does not mean that a card is bad , but that means he simply could not bypass merchant antifraud

we agreed he pays my split from a card balance (but not from the amount charged !!!) , looks like he does not understand the difference , in this case it does not matter if he charged a card in full or not , after he opened privnote and got card info it is considered used since i can not give the same vcc in several hands. when he said he did not use it at all this is not a true since he successfully charged 4 minideps and they already posted on a card statement
