Sent several tickets regarding the matter and made several posts on vendors thread in an attempt to retrieve my btc sent to the wallet on the shop i am blatantly ignored while he makes posts and does updates it is clear i've paid btc to the address in my shop on october 12 2019 it is now November 23rd 2019 and I still have not received my btc below i will provide screenshot along with transaction id:

but i've paid again on the 12th of October and have not received my bitcoins to my balance
