Yes I have it and checked these are accounts where we had access to the mailbox I had to reset the eBay password of the account from the Email after 2 or 3 days all the passwords were changed SHOP account + Email

No because I made sure that he sees nothing

I don't think any seller will give you a guarantee that after changing the password, the account owner won't change it himself. You bought accounts, checked - all was valid, then can't understand why you ask for refund.
