Why bother with VBV reset when almost 90% of banks in the US are non VBV?
I mean apart from the known major banks, others are non VBV. And even half of the major banks are also non VBV. WTF you need VBV reset for mahn?

Strange. Don't know what bins you're stucked with but I'm telling you even most major banks don't have VBV. You must ignore boa, wells, citi, pnc, chase and couple of others while hunting for these numerous non vbvs I'm talking about. And also ignore debit cards if you can. Mastercards are great if it's convenient for you to buy them. You'll find out there are enough non vbv banks in the US you gonna be confused bins to start with.
