SIP providers for call spoofing

I am looking for sip providers who allow number spoofing.
I heard some are in germany or in europe belt.
But, new ones are welcome. Anyone have any idea.
PS: Should be able to be configured with ASTERISK.
Also should allow random phone numbers to be spoofed. Not like i verify the numbers and only then i can spoof them.
