Make sure to read through the full guide before attempting this or you might fail!
1. Make a main Paypal account if you don't already have one
2. Create another 2 Paypal accounts, this time using a different (hq) VPN/Proxy and browser for the 2nd and 3rd Paypal
3. Now send €50 from your main Paypal to your 2nd Paypal account with Friends & Family option
4. Send the €50 from account 2 to your 3rd Paypal account with Goods & Services option
5. Send the €50 from the 3rd Paypal account to your main Paypal account with Friends & Family option
6. Now open a dispute with your 2nd Paypal on the transaction to the 3rd PayPal and say you didn't receive your item
7. Go on your 3rd Paypal and accept the dispute and refund the money
8. Now send the money from your 2nd account to your 1st account.
Your first account will now have a total of €100 or $100 in the balance.
Your 3rd account will be in debt but don't worry about that, as PayPal won't take action for such a low amount
Important things to remember:
- ALWAYS use the correct Proxy/VPN for each Paypal account when accessing them
- Do not log into multiple Paypal accounts at the same time this is fresh paypal method which you can use for the year 2021
