Is there any Chrismtas Effect On Cards ?

I'm trying to submit cards on a gateway but no cards are going through.... Till November cards from ValidCC and other store were working fine. Now I get "Stolen" error on checkout while card was live.
1- Why a card give stolen error while it is showing as "Live" at live checker
2- I'm just charging $50 from one card and it is not going through now Since November.
3- Do you think it could be because of Christmas that cards are empty and don't even have $50 in cards ? lol
4- I tried with more than 5 people who claimed they are not reselling cards. None of their cards got charged
I'll really appreciate if anyone can help me in it.
I need Fresh Valid Cards, Seems all the stores are reselling cards now.... If anyone is selling Fresh Valid cards from his own base I'll be more than happy to work with you.
Anyone who can tell me what's wrong and why I am unable to carding these days...
