Some of the countries you posted here have no existing non vbv /non mcsc bin
So obviously this seems more like a trial and error stuff where you just scream 100% cashout but absolutely have not ever cashed out before

If you talking about swiss there were some non vbv like a couple months ago and they worked really well actually, there's no need to scream for anything and it's not a trial and error as you say mate, store has been carded for over 15k and it still works, and that's a fact.

I saw a similar US bin recently, after 1-2 months the bin surprisingly had OTP system
its a mastercard. It used to pass for maybe 500-600$, never tried for more than that. Then i recently used it and it had otp. I checked multiple from the same BIN

Usa still has some bins that are not vbv!
The thread owner posted countries that had long imposed 100%. compliance on banks to use verified by visa, MasterCard securecode and American express safe key cos he was ignorant and was just lying he had cashed out imaginary non vbv cards from those countries
