I can Open uk RBS personal ACCOUNT FOR your desired drop name.
The drop need to apply for provisional licence first once its done I can open Account.
All the bank cards and codes will come to home address, there is no need to visit bank Branch never!!
I can open only RBS!

Natwest, Hi, I am interested to open ac account but I can't provide any name, but I can provide the address though. One more thing is that I need access to Internet banking as well

can you open it with out provisional DL and what do you need instead of DL?
