Will pay 20 percent of cost to pay bills

I will pay 20 percent of the total cost of the bill. its a website in a Caribbean country. its a bit hard but not impossible. i have few bins that work but I hav too much jobs and not too any working bins. i only charge 40 percent of total soo i think 20 is fair.
