Need verified US PayPal acct with access to email/phone number (OTP) on file -- read inside

Paying $100 for access to a verified US PayPal acct with access to email/phone number. It can also be your personal acct (not going to use your payment method).
Case A) Requirements if selling sniffed acct:
1) Verified acct with an existing payment method on file (won't be used at all, and you can delete AFTER I add my own CC).
2) Access to personal address to remove trace emails.
3) Access to phone number to receive text message (may not be necessary, but won't know for sure until I attempt to login).
Case B) Requirements if selling personal acct
1) Verified acct with an existing payment method on file (won't be used at all, and you can delete AFTER I add my own CC).
2) Share with me OTP message if necessary.
In both cases accounts don't need to be aged, but need to be verified. Paying $100 per account. PM me.
