I have 3 sets the €10,€20 and €50 all the notes front and back, watermarks, rainbow foil markings the strip security features it also has a pdf on how to do them and a couple of links for getting the polymer and the inks etc, i bought them seperate off the dark web, you dont need fancy printers either it will cost around $120 for you to get started i got the hang of them and was making bundles and selling them each kit im selling for $50Btc but you will make a lot more than that ive put a .zip with pics my telegram is wrote across them.
