Those shops are played out long time ago, maybe if you use accounts from logs you would have a chance. But just new creation with cc=no chance

i remeber we use to order with holder card stuff to his home address.
then after collected from there.
even refund scheme works well.
u order with the card and after u refund just to other card it works.
