gpay applepay

so i am new to this gpay and applepay shit my question is lets say i take a phone and install gpay in it and attach my card.. after using if i need to attach new card or want to attach new account will i have to reset whole phone? or what will be way to remove all previous account and add new account? and also do they check imei or device id which i need to change everytime? if u can help please let me knw
