Вот такая проблема!
Вбиваю сс 1 раз в мерч,и сразу сс локается ,интернет платежи запрещены
Как обойти? может дело в дедике в айпи,? или банк занес мерч в чс?((((((
НО приэтом сс валидная и вбивается в другие места
